The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left us completely satisfied. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy a meal. Service was exceptional — attentive, friendly, and fast. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended, and thank you to the team for making our visit so enjoyable!

This is my second time dining at CHI, and once again, everything was excellent! I ordered the shrimp fried rice, broccoli with garlic sauce, and a drink—each item was delicious and full of flavor. The food is fresh and well-prepared, and the portions are generous. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I really appreciate the quality and consistency here. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

We were visiting NYC and decided to try this Chinese food restaurant that was close to our hotel! As soon as we walked into the place, we knew we made the right the decision. The place decor is elegant, but at the same time it feels cozy! One of those places that you wish you would go if it's raining outside. We ordered the noodles, beef and broccoli and egg rolls (not pictured). The food came out super hot and super fast! Even thought the place was kind of busy! The noodles were delicious and the broccoli and beef was one of the best ones I've ever tried (and I had a lot of Chinese food when I used to live in the Bay Area, CA). The beef was so tender and juicy and the broccoli was cooked to perfection. I also had a Sapporo beer; highly recommend it with this meal! The service was fantastic as well. Our server was checking on us and greeted us with a smile! Overall, this was a great choice for the first NYC meal! Would definitely come back!

We stopped by this restaurant for its authentic Chinese decor and quiet room. The dishes were certainly spicy as half of the plate were peppers though the pieces of meat were just as tiny. The pig feet were more fatty than anticipated. The fish soup was a tad bit too spicy/sour for me, but the individual fish slices were nice. At the end, we didn't feel particularly full.

In a word: Amazing. The chefs at Chi have elevated this cuisine to new heights. Everything we had was not just great, but often mind blowing. The orange chicken was sublime, while the black truffle fried rice was the best we've ever had. NYC has a lot to offer food wise, but Chi stands out above the rest.

What an insane place this is. Before you even sit down you can spell the spices on the street and once your inside the aroma is intoxicating. Absolutely delicious food we had their specialty fried rice which was packed full of flavor and their short rib dish with spicy mash potatoes which was soft and delectable. Their cocktails strong and tasty. Their service is amazing and the food comes out sooner then you expect. I can't wait to try everything here

Went here with the fam and it was an amazing experience. The food, the service and atmosphere is everything you can ask for a Friday night dinner outing. The vegetable spring rolls were very crispy and tasty. The sesame chicken had a special flavor that leaves the mouth watering with every bite. Also the drinks were pretty good. I will definitely be coming back here.

Every dish was beautifully presented, making the dining experience feel extra special. While the food was just okay in terms of flavor, the overall vibe and presentation made it a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
